Public Mastering Expertship programs allow oganisations to register small numbers of experts without having to run large in-house programs.

Run face-to-face in capital cities, these programs involve a feedback tool (a 360-survey designed specifically for subject matter experts), four and a half days of workshops split over two weeks, and coaching support to help participants execute their Personal Growth Plans. Managers of participants are also involved along the way. These programs get extraordinarily positive feedback from participants - an average Net Promoter Score of 82 (this is a “world class” rating).
