This enables you to provide feedback and coaching for many of your organisations technical experts for almost no cost, and significantly increase the impact and retention of these valuable expert employees.

We run these programs on a quarterly basis, typically virtually to make them available to any professional anyway, but occasionally face-to-face. We can also run these programs internally for a group of 4 people and culture professionals or more.

Level 2 Accreditation
